Please feel free to be as specific as possible about what you would like to see in your pictures.
Session Fee required at time of consult to reserve your appointment. Full refunds will be given to those who have given two weeks notice of cancellation. If there is illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the session fee will be applied to a rescheduled date. Prints to be paid for upon ordering at your Viewing session 1 week after your photoshoot.
Buy 1 Get 1 Maternity/Newborn Sessions- 1st you Schedule & Pay for your Maternity Session, then place an order of $115 or more prior to your Newborn Session, and then Schedule your Newborn Session anytime until baby is 12 weeks old in order to get that session Free!
Images will be posted to my Facebook business page and will be used for marketing and other purposes.
Disc with Copyright Release for prints only available for Commercial projects. You may tag or share pictures posted on my Facebook business page. I do offer a Copyrighted digital use disc of all edited portrait images for $75 and of all edited wedding images for $300. These are strictly for digital use and the ONLY options for digital images.
If there is any concern regarding your print order please notify me immediately!!! You will have 30 days after receiving your prints to contact me so I can correct anything needed in your order.
Much time will be spent planning and editing images, this is included in print costs. They will be properly edited for tonal range, color balance, contrast, & small blemishes removed. I make sure all Photographic Heirloom Prints are of the highest possible quality. These are real photographs that will exist for generations, unlike inkjet prints.
Some images may be shot full frame which is 8x12 and these may not convert to 8x10 without cutting off part of the image. A camera takes an 8x12 image and that converts and crops differently depending on what size you wish to order. I can show you any images cropped to size during your viewing.
Not every image taken will be available for viewing/purchasing, I select & edit only the best images from my work.
Prints not picked up 60 days from the time clients are notified they are available will be subject to a $25 holding fee.
25% Deposit to Reserve your Wedding date. Cancellations - Deposit is Non-refundable. Must be paid in full 1 month prior to wedding date. Allow 3 weeks for editing.
Cash or Check accepted. Credit Card may be used to pay via Paypal for a small fee. This is a business legally registered with the state and therefore Sales Tax will be added. Payment is to be collected at time of order placement during the viewing.
Prices subject to change without notice. Prices do not reflect Illinois State Sales Tax.
I, Mandy Daly, retain copyright of all images taken and reserve the right to use all works in portfolios and promotions of Backroads Photography. All contents on www.mandydaly.net are exclusively patent to and owned by Mandy Daly. Any reproduction, copying, replication, modification electronically or otherwise of any of these works must be previously approved of by Mandy Daly. Any violations will be subject to prosecution under Copyright Laws.
